A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Maddison!

After spending 12 wonder but stressful years in the corporate world, I decided to pursue my true passion in holistic health. I simply believe the way our society approaches wellness is wrong and I wanted a life that was going to be healthy long term. I wanted to make it easier for wellness to be built into my day to day. Now I work with busy women and moms on their journey it integrative wellness into their sometimes hectic lives.

My journey to becoming a Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach and a Functional Diagnostics and Nutrition Practitioner was almost as long as that title :) After someone close to me battled a serious auto immune condition, my eyes were opened to how western medicine is simply not good at treating chronic conditions. This lead me down a path of self education and learning to heal through lifestyle and diet. I haven’t looked back.

Over the years things like this kept happening. Whether it was my own health or the health of a loved one, I kept being pushed farther down the path of intuitive and holistic health.

After my Father was diagnosed with Mesothelioma I knew my time in the corporate world was over. I couldn’t be ok with how his treatment was completely lacking in nutrition guidance and mental and emotional support. It was a heartbreaking experience.

My goal today is to educate women on the importance of preventative health and overcoming or avoiding chronic illness. I choose to work with women because that is where I have the most experience and because it is my hope that they will pass this knowledge to their children and families.

As a health coach, I want to educate and empower women to learn about their bodies and how best to support their unique needs and the unique needs of their families. I want to see women healing from chronic conditions and symptoms that leave them feeling anything but their best.

I want you to feel vibrant, healthy and confident about the future of your health.

A Holistic Approach

My coaching is all about opting into health. I will hold your hand every step of the way but I want to work with women who are really serious about making a change.

My method focuses largely on diet, lifestyle and stress and making informed, sustainable health choices. I will help you seamlessly integrate wellness into your daily life, and my hope is that by the end of our time working together you won't need another health coach.

I want to help you achieve your short term health goals but also learn the foundations of health so that you can continue those practices throughout your life and as your needs change.

During this process you will learn to create a life built around wellness, instead of living a life where wellness and feeling your best are after thoughts.
